Vehicles spawn in road connections?

would be cool if random vehicles will spawn in the edge of the road connection just like cities skylines, random vehicles will drive in a highway. it adds realism and sorry for my bad english

For regions, yes, but for single cities, no unless it connects somewhere. (Like another road exit) And don't ask for it as it will not make any sense in single cities.
