Train Usage?

How can I increase the usage of railway station? I just got 1-2 of 200 usage which may tell 0.5-2% usage. Does TTT resident only use it or entire T,TT,TTT residents?

NO BODY KNOWS IT YET. Oh i have an idea, delete all bus stations, that may work

the train only uses in res areas not in com or ind areas.
