Street Cars (new train)

I had an idea, would it be cool to have street cars? I think so. It would make a nice addition to Theotown of this gets endorsed or some one makes or made a plugin already for it. I actually road in a street car last summer it was a cool experience. So I thought it would be a nice idea. Street cars usually are found in old city’s such as New Orleans or Chicago.

Street car rails could be a texture of a road with rails embedded in it.
I really don’t know what else to right that’s pretty much it.
