What I would like to see in this game is an office zone. I think the game lacks some kind of financial district and offices should be separated from shops.

Not planned yet. The most €€€-Buildings are like financial buildings

But it is not the same as financial district with separate demanding... The main problem with level €€€ commercials is that the demand for them is, at least from what I've observed, the lowest one in the whole game and building these skyscrapers without debug mode is impossible. Could you tell me if there's any chance that office zones will appear at some point?
