That's not possible unfortunately, because rotation doesn't work, due to the asymmetric nature of the walls.
The problem is that we have a near side and a far side as well as inside corners and outside corners. It is not possible to distinguish between these in a linetool.

Two areatools, probably. One for raised and one for sunken terrain.
But, how would you be able to build a highway inside it?

It's a decoration, the roads can go straight through it.

Well, the walls are built somewhat differently than in your picture, though. Just drawing a road across it would, therefore, leave corner pieces where endpieces would be needed: But, if you want, feel free to try it!

Okay, well.
But does it really show the correct sides of the slope?
To me it looks like it shows the same side both left and right of the road (see red arrows)
