Shoutbox for forum

i think all will agree with me that we need shoutbox in the forum to chat with everyone?
+ Will reduce spam in topic's
- lot's of spam(maybe) in shoutbox
e.g
<bad word visible click to see>
Devs don't be so lazy add shoutbox it's easy to add..
