Cool stuff!
This will be very helpful when trying to make more realistic airports.
I have just two suggestions:
You should make the signaling lights and the runway markers rotation aware. And it would be great if you could add animations to the signaling lights

Much better than the ingame airport deco.
Only needed is rotation aware for this deco.
And a papi placeable in water

Yes, it's possible but it take time and I haven't had it yet
