Hi guys!
I have a city I'm trying to work on, but suddenly, nothing will build. I got stuck at about 6,000 population. Nothing would build after that, so the population wouldn't rise. I used debug mode to force a house to be built. After that, houses would build for about three minutes. Now, I'm stuck again. Any ideas as to what's up? Can I fix it, or just start a new map?

However, What's happening is that even with demand, nothing will build. I have my industrial area here, and there is space for them to build. Everything is level T or some TT. I've never had this issue before. In this picture, the population has had 0 change in a couple months. This is what's been going on for a couple in-game years
If I had to start a new town, I'm not out much progress, I was just hoping to diagnose the issue.

Parks, schools, and healthcare.

So, I've added a few parks, schools, Police station, etc. But still no success still no industrial, residential, or commercial buildings bring built or upgraded. I've been playing Theo Town since it was in alpha, and this is the first time I've ran across this issue. I'll start another town as well, and see if it does that too.

They want it? Since?

They wanted parks in older versions. Idk if that's been changed though.

I also had this issue!! The exact same result.

But I place all the buildings manually anyway as I'm always designing. Still, this "bug" is annoying.

You must keep citizen's happiness high if you want population growth. I'd recommend lowering taxes as that encourages rapid development.

I also encountered the same problem. After a month of building, my city suddenly stopped growing at 1,004,887 people even though it was rapidly growing at 10 people per second just the day before, I have no idea how or why this happened. Good to know that some are experiencing the same problem

Happiness is 99 percent still the population is stuck at 2.5 lakh

The same thing happens to me, the population is mostly TTT with a lot of industry and commerce but the buildings are not improved

I’ve basically built two houses and the population doesn’t go up not even one person
