I built so much farms and no one wants to work. Even when i place farms next to res it dont spawn workers. I think my problem is traffic. But i dont kno.

Build more T (low income) Res. Buildings. Workers will always work in buildings that match their wealth. I found more work in buildings that require more workers (like harbours) than buildings that require less (like farms)
