After some discussion, a small group of citizens split off from Altaria, creating their own small settlement. Let me know what you think about the spread of buildings. Should it be more compact or not?

If this is a colony, it makes sense that the houses are dispersed like that.

I like the sparse density in general.
You could probably make some kind of a village center, though. Maybe in the area of the town hall with some small commercial buildings that spread along a main road.

The dispersed village gives a freedom of spaces, and gives a relaxing and calm vibe. I recommend creating a river through it

The compact village gives a vibe of urbanised surroundings. This reminds me of Salvador
