Hi,

I have Building Pack 1 + 2 and only some of the new buildings are built in my city.

I especially miss the new business and residential skyscrapers (4x4). I have a lot dense zones of R and C and a lot are TTT aswell, so a lot of chance for them to spawn. But there are only a lot of those 2x2 and 3x3 ones all around.

Any tipps how the bigger ones get a chance to be build?

I think they are too big for small cities
Let your city grow
build some 5*5 tiles grids and build some parks, sports ground around them(don't forget the school!!!)
Then I think you will have a bigger chance to get them(?)

Thanks for the reply, but my city is not that small. (ca. 120k). In the dense area I usually use 5 or 6 wide blocks.

Any else ideas?

I watched the creating if buildings for a while now and as I see it the chance that bigger / newer buildings spawn on dense commercial areas is very, small.

Am I right or do I miss something?
