- This is Quata, one of 4 citys in the region. Current population os 20000 plus, with developments include Interstate Financial District and Williow River, an artificial river.

- This is Williow Dam, constructed in Willow River.
- This is the epicenter of the Interstate Financial District, called Victory Square, commerating 4 of the heros that fought in the countrys battle for liberation.
- Inside this district includes the tallest building in the region, Deruan World Financial Center, its a twin tower design, and is the landmark of Quata.
- Some protest outside 4 Seasons, a big residential complex. This protest turns into a riot, and destroy multiple skescrapers and infrastructures, plunging the city into a economy crisis. Lifes were lost and the Willow Dam is also damage, ruining the power supply for 2 days!
