This town was upper third or less land, the rest water.

With near 30000 residents, ran into a poluttion problem after adding land in the southern sector.. it was polluted. added the land. added trees to it replaced with parks removed parks put down residential zone, best happinness was 50% due to the pollution. So put in indutrial, then decided to put in a spiral in and out expressway. The traffic actually went in.

Before renaming the city was an option, thr file name was Ivarie. It no longer exists.
