Sometimes the firemen, when you called them to a specific location to put out the fire, no firetrucks come, because every single fire station don't spawn firetrucks. Also, sometimes the "Call Fire Brigade" is not working. (Not because no firetrucks are coming to the call, its because the "Call Fire Brigade" call icon do not appear at all when summoned to a specific location.)

It may disappear if it's not on road or there is no way to get there.

How is the traffic?

I was not talking that the traffic is causing it. I still do not know what is causing it.. Happening at random. There was an event where a fire swooped down my whole industrial area!
