Roads

I have put the most expensive roads in and aswell as putting parks between them still the residents complain. I also have transport everywhee and my taxes are all at 7.0% what am I doing wrong and why are they unhappy? I have schools near them and shops I have my industry and power and water items right away fro the city.

Ok thanks. What does ! Icon mean on top of a school building I have 152/150 students if I delete the school the residents complain about no schools how do I fix this?
