Hi,
I've noticed that for some reason the subject line is often empty now, when you want to post a reply to a topic.
As a result, numerous postings of different users made in recent days just show "Re:" and then nothing, instead of "Re:Example topic".
I think this should be fixed because it hurts the usability of the forums as you cannot determine the topic of a reply in the Board index at first glance anymore.

I think it started to happen a couple of days ago.
Try posting a reply in a topic that doesn't have a quick reply box, "My last screenshot..." for example. When you hit reply and the new page with a comment box opens then the subject-line only shows "Re:".
But it is possible that there are other cases too.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I added a new feature to the forum (fill the contents of a post via url) and didn't test it properly.
