Can't remove attachments after I click "Submit"

Yeah, first post I attached two images and placed them inline like screenshot of second post. Went to edit it, there was only one attachment in the attachment list. Deleted that file. Both attachments now gone with the screenshot text in the place of the one not able to be deleted.

Seems to be working better now!

What the title said.
Before this, it was easy editing posts.
But now I can't even delete images or files I added.
Please fix this, Lobby
Bring back the old attachment system.

Try again. There was an issue. Should be fixed.
