Art Deco Residential

Hi!
This is my new plugin, 4x4 squared residential buildings.

I think I put 600 and 1000 but the game has given 800 and 1100 of capacity acording to the size!

Small error... The people look unfinished (they are 3 pixels, not to 2, among other things).
