I want to request a feature which would be nice, i have not played cities skylines but i know there is a feature to name districts so when you build parts of your city you can just mouse over the part you want to name, this would be a good idea, of course minus the mouse over..

We could have a district tool and once clicked we can the rub our finger over the screen on the part of the city we want to become a district/neighbourhood
