I have a GIANT problem.When I download plugins they never finish downloading.Given if they download it will say "Download failed".If anybody can help me just post a comment, I don't bite.And also can somebody tell me how to make plugins?

We have a tutorial section. Also, if downloading any plugin results in a fail, I'm thinking you need to check your phone and your connection.
