After updating to 1.1.78, starting a new city and building all three zones the industry begins to built but on green and blue zones nothing happens. Even after build Chruch and sportplaces, ... nothing has changed

Start with an old game that you started that has inhabitants. BUT not a big one! 178 will kill that. One that you also zoned farms in will work well.

could you send me one, please? because i had just one very big (55000) which is already deleted after loading it in 1.1.78
