I've got a city witch high schools, parks etc. There are rich factories and commercials but rich houses don't build despite high rich habitants income. I'm not sure if it's a bug or the rating is to low. Some one can help?

What happens, if you destroy some poor buildings? Maybe rich people don't find a place without poor people so they don't build.

Im using v180 now and still have the same problem. The supply demand seems to be capped at 50% satisfaction, no matter what I do, so unless I bring down the taxes to crippling levels, the rich people will just leave again, usually starting with the industry. As soon as their jobs are gone, they all vanish.

But I think, the biggest problem is that rich houses can only be built in the high school's area of effect, which limits their growth to a specific district. Given that high schools are so expensive, it's hard to add more dedicated "rich" areas to your town and that makes the problem even worse.

i am using Version 182 now and i can also report that Problem.

in a small town I biuld new residential areas and a school in the middle of it to get €€-people.
Industrial-€€ an commercial-€€ has been built. I can also see that there are 100 €€-citizens when i open the "Stadtübersicht" or the finance-tab. But there arent any Houses of €€-people n the map...

I still have the problem in in Version 183.

I built an new town in sandbox-mode to make a test. Like in the other City there came exactly (!) 100 €€-people after I built a big elementary school, but I cannot see their houses tio live in in the residential district.

the solution was to build parks....
