Diamonds can't transfer

I have two phones in which I have the same account. I noticed that the diamond count of my other phone (the one which I rarely used) is outdated. What can I do?

Yup, I do.
Its just this:
Both phones have TheoTown, logged on same account.
I rarely used my first phone, so the game version is very outdated when I used TheoTown again. Updated to the latest though.
Now this is the problem: Those two phones have their own diamond count. For example, I have 5000+ on my second phone, the one I always use, but only 4000+ on my first phone.
Now, how can I make my first phone have the same number of diamonds as of the second phone? I would be awful for me to have separate diamond counts, because actually, I bought several diamond packs, worth around 8-12$. Plus I watched hundreds of ads.

I have no idea about when Google synchronizes Google Game accounts and I also don't have access to the data. If you are logged into the same account it should synchronize on it's own eventually.

For that reason Facebook connection was introduced as it allows me to store purchases and diamonds on an own server which is much more reliable. However, I see that connection to Facebook isn't an option to everyone.
