Commercial Buildings and "Free time"

Hi there! I think there is a problem with "free time" in commercial buildings.
They don't seem to go up or down even if I have built parks around it.

I'm not sure what's the cause. If giving some time so the influences apply doesn't help I hope that the next version will. It should come within some days.

Actually, each commercial building of the same type always has the same lowest happiness (freetime) percentage and the same overall happiness percentage unless it is brought even lower due to lack of fire or police protection or other environmental factors.

Even I have encountered the same problem. This is the only reason why my cities do not have a 100% rating.

Did you build the sport facility after the com building? Sport influence takes some time to influence.
Maybe we should again discriminate between parks and sports happiness.

It has built right between two tennis courts and two small parks.

Hard to find, but yes, now I got the bug...
Attribute calculation were not evaluated for commercial buildings, therefore they always had an park attribute of -1 (which means "I don't care about parks"). Then the free time happiness calculation for $$$ commercial buildings came and used the -1 as park satisfaction
Will be fixed in 197 tomorrow.
