Hi, I got the following error with a plugin (PlazadecalPounkiller.json:3250):

In /storage/emulated/0/TheoTown/plugins/Plaza bricks by Pounkiller/PlazadecalPounkiller.json:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No category decals_category_josh could be found

Device: NX597J (ZTE)
Android: 23 (6.0)

Do you have josh's decals category? That might be the reason, or sometimes plugins can't see the category if they are zipped.
