As we all know, there's an upcoming premium version next year. And I was wondering if it's possible for the developers to add an option wherein old players from the free version can transfer their data files (worlds) to the premium version ? I thought about this because I feel like the worlds from the free version would be compatible for the premium version because as they have stated, the premium version only consists of new structures, buildings etc. I hope you all hear me out !

Actually there won't be any need for the user to do something. The premium version will also use the directory TheoTown/maps to store cities. Also city files will be compatible between the two versions, although loading a premium city in the non premium version might lead to loss of buildings that only exist in the premium version.
