hi lobby and theotheoderic there one disaster can not be used that is illnes. before i thinking about illnes, illnes can work when the habitant polluted and drink dirty water when illnes occurs we can see green smoke in the window of houses, can only be stopped by ambulance emergency

Yes, we have planned illness in such a fashion, but it doesn't work yet as it's currently not implemented
