Introducing, the Prison Expansion. This plug-in adds a new prison system to the game that makes you the head warden. You must provide services, like food and yard space, to the prisoners to avoid fines, and you may have to deal with riots from time to time.

That's intentional. You lose money when you don't make a proper prison.

Yes. If you have the plug-in installed, building a prison is always required.

Excuse me, I found an error saying "Category cannot be found." Why is that a error being thrown in? Can you fix that issue for us? It is not working.
