Hey guys!
I've just discovered that the tax happiness is now depending on the tax rates. At the Financials chart in the graph icon, there will be + and - symbols between the tax rate. You can now adjust the rate that you desire. But please notice that adjusting the tax rates brings effects to your city.
For those who thought that the tax happiness is a problem, this is the solution.

Yes, before 192 tax happiness were calculated using taxes and other happinesses. So other happinesses could improve tax happiness. The reason was that people should be more satisfied with high taxes if they are happy.
I changed it because this behaviour is already modelled in the whole happiness system. If one happiness is 40% but the others are all good, then also the overall happiness will be good.
Another reason was to increase difficulty. As happiness has significant influence on demands the game would be too easy if good happiness isn't expensive (and indeed, it wasn't).
Now the great challenge is to convince users that 100% in all happinesses is not necessary nor useful.
