In Theotown you can call an ambulance.But why I never need to? Fire and crimes happen more often.

You never need to because there's no situations when calling an ambulance helps. I hope illness, car crash or some other event is added in the future for the ambulances.

Yeah, that's there for a long time I think. I think the dev once said that he tried to make illness a thing but didn't finish it.
