You should make it a deco or a park so it doesnt have that blue stuff appear on it!

@SomeGermanGuy, RCI buildings with transperant ground show the zone color under them, which does not look very nice. You could add a ground texture under it to avoid seeing it.

I suggest to lower saturation a bit since that's the art style that the game uses.

You can disable the zones by going to game Settings> Graphics and disable"draw zones". Hence RCI buildings with transparent ground doesn't show zone coulour since the game didn't draw the zone color of the building.

I wanted to have it as a commercial building, but I can do it as a decoration as well.

I don't wanted a ground texture, so that you can add one yourself.
