Amoy Gardens is a private housing estate in Hong Kong. The height is 40 stories, so I split it into 4 variants. It goes from 10 to 40 stories. The ground is transparent. Bye.

You should consider using animations for taller buildings with repeatable design - especially with multiple height variants. Can save some plugin space and is modulable
