Best Way to get Middle Class and Rich People?

What is the best 2ay to get rich (TTT) and middle class (TT) inhabitants? How can you make a city with many rich people and only few poor and a decent number of middle class people? How to you get (TT) and (TTT) Commercial and Industries fast?

In order to get TT or TTT ind and comm you need TT or TTT inhabitants. Just place elementary schools, high schools, transport, park, sport, health, police, fire buildings you should be good to go! Also, everything else I forgot to mention.

What about in Sandbox (Uber) Mode? I am trying to build a rich or middle class suburb but it’s all poor people that comes in

Same things are needed. Things are needed to be fulfilled in sandbox mode since only power there is unlimited money, so increasing services is a thing.
If you are talking about Uber mode, you still need to build a school, but no other services. Or you can still build it.
