How to add trains

A good question. How do you add trains to a busy suburb with no space whatsoever for trains. Buses work fine because they only need roads, but trains need space. I am midway in game with a good income of +1-2k every month with around 2-3k residents and a city hall

In this case/situation, you have no choice but to remove some residential buildings to place trains. But don't worry, you can move the selected zone to another place. Selected zone means the area that soon will build a railway
