Problems in sample city

Whenever I open the sample city Soveeuv after like 5 seconds literally the whole city becomes unhappy. Is this happening only to me?

Absolutely not. You see, Lobby has changed the inhabitant systems since last updates, which give players a chance to face with challenges and difficulties. So I would say, this happened to all players, including me. Don't worry, it's just a Sample City

The problem has started only after the recent update. When Buteo appeared for the first time this bug was not caused.
