Please add Anarchy to the game... it'll be really cool, and will make cities alot better...

...If you don't know what Anarchy is, in Cities Skylines, there's a mode called Anarchy, where you can place objects wherever you want, even in other buildings...

Why?

Fun functionality, lua and game itself checks for tile validity. If it detects more than one draft of same type, it produces an overflow which leads to crash.
