Does the game have Limits like cities skylines?

hey I have a question, do we have 12 empire state buildings, no, so should we have 18 gillender buildings ...also there are no road build limits

Well like the limits in cities skylines there is a certain limit of roads before you can't place anymore I was just wondering if theotown had a system like that

Well,roads are unlimited.Feel free to build how many you want(as long as you have the funds to do so)

For buildings,there are some buildings that are limited.There are buildings,such as the Gillender Building that can only be built once.
