With this new feature, you can claim NPC nations and rule them. I will post the Country, the location (map spoilers), and other things. Also, you cannot change the country's name, unless one of us approves, and the statistics will grow little by little...

In that case, my projects are to improve the transports, defend it from the threatening of the Civil War in Alambogne, Establish better trade pacts and finally further protect the various cultural heritages present.
