Havol. 3 month project

Here is a preview of Havol. I will be posting more as time goes on.
Havol is a fictional rust belt US city.
Currently Havol has a population of ~163,000.
The city was known for its large manufacturing industry that barely hangs on today.
As common with many rust belt cities, suburbanization and decay has taken a toll on the proper city area.
Havol is home to a professional football and basketball team.
The downtown is filled with large retails and offices, yet many are boarded up and abandoned due to population loss.
Crime is highly prevalent throughout the city.

ps. I have not been active for a while, due to the fact that my old phone snapped in half, and I lost all of my cities. But seeing as it is summer soon, I will probably be more active posting on Havol.

This is the Tearhead river. It flows through much of Havol and its southern suburbs. Largely ruined by years of industrial, shipping, and public dumping.

Havol East.
Havol East is a large area on the east side of the city.
Bordered on the north by Marvin Farms and I-25, on the west it is bordered by highway 312 and central Havol, on the south it is bordered by I-27 and Tearhead City.

Havol East demographics:
White: 27%
Non Hispanic: 5%
Hispanic: 22%
Black: 67%
Asian/MENA: 1%
Native American: <1%
Mixed/Other: 4%
