This plugin is for some who downloaded my 2 ship packages (Admiralty warship pack and Admiralty ship pack)
BUT encountered some error. But you can also download this if youre a new user or not. It will never have some issues beacuse I changed the ID of this pack.
It contains the additional 4 decorative ships with night and sound animations.:

-MS Goddess of the Seas cruise ship
-MS Lively luxury yacht
-Pentaclass Destroyer based on fletcher class destroyer
-BRP Lake Caliraya Phil. Navy Replenishment Tanker

If you downloaded the first 2 package of my ships plugins but the game says id already been used. You can deactivate that and will still run (because you already downloaded them before)
Or you go to: Internal Storage> Theotown folder> managed plugins> * search for some double files of admiralty ship pack.mpf and admiralty warship pack.mpf and delete the oldest files and remain the most recents.

Tsuga-Heterophylla, known as the western Hemlock Tree is a coniferous tree of the genus Tsuga, most commonly found in the north-west part of north-america, from Oregon to the south-east part of Alaska, it is also the state-tree of the Washington state. The plugin can spawn several variants of the tree, the supertall variant, the tall variant, the medium variant, the small variant and the dead variant. It is also my first tree plugin to feature a custom preview frame.

1)How much variants of the tree are added with this plugin ?
> At this time, the plugin add a total of 24 trees, including 4 supertall variants, 6 tall variants, 6 medium variants, 4 small variants and 4 dead variants.

2)Will you add more variants ?
> Probably not, altough i can always change my mind if i find the existing amount of tree to not be enough.

Since my plug-in was suspended for its lack of quality, I've decided to give it a brand-new look, replacing the old look that wasn't really appealing. So I'll introduce you...

The New Rizal World Trade Center.

Note: This building, and all the places mentioned, are fictional, and any resemblance to the real-life names and places is purely confidential.

The skyscraper has a large influence radius in Culture, Management and Parks. It is suitable for large metropolises where it blends with other skyscrapers. The construction cost is still at 1,000,000 Theons and it has an upkeep of 2,000 Theons every time. It can be found in awards category.

I want to give credits to the following:
•My fellow plug-in creator, boblovespi for the glass texture(extracted from his Jin Mao Tower plug-in); and
•Our beloved developers, Lobby and Theo, for the trees.
