It was built sometime before 1988 in San Fierro, San Andreas, it survived the 88 and 92 earthquakes and now is a iconical landmark of the city distinguished by their unique roof. The Mall takes one week to build and 350 people can work there.
The South tower takes 15 days to build, has a capacity for 750 workers.
The North tower (the tallest) takes an entire month and 1000 workers work there everyday

The current MetLife Building was built as the PanAm building in 1963 after many ideas of demolishing Grand Central, it was protected by New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.
