This is the bus lane (the easiest plugin that for some reason no one has done yet). Also the plugin includes road decorations and invisible bus stop. / Это плагин на выделенную полосу (легчайший плагин, которого почему-то до сих пор нет). Также включает в себя дорожный декор и невидимую остановку.

P.S.: If you want to add something in the plugin then (please) just make your own plugin with update and add "#bus_lane" to the description. As always, I noticed that the game does not have a special plugin for standing vagons) So this simple plugin adds train wagons as decorations on the railway. Also there is spetial roads (one way is for standing wagons, and trains can pass through the second).
In the future I'll update it and add something more./
Как и всегда, я что-то не нашёл) На этот раз специального плагин для стоящих поездов. Поэтому этот плагин добавляет вагоны как дорожный декор + специальные дороги (на одном пути стоят вагоны, а по другому -- идут составы).
В будущем будут обновления.

P.S.: I recomend turn on "Support for multiple road decos" (Other > Debug mode > Experimental features >) for more opportunities /

This is some (18) transperent road decorations that can speed up and slow down traffic on the roads. For example, it may be used for stopping trains at stations or for making another speed limit on the road. Suitable for any road.
/ Несколько (18) прозрачных дорожных украшений, замедляющих и ускоряющих трафик на дороге. Например, можно использовать для остановки поездов на вокзалах или же для установки своей скорости на дороге. Подходит для любой дороги.
There are:
1) Stop (speed - 0.006);
2) 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9;
3) 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 (like on normal roads);
4) 4, 4.5, 5, 10, 15 (very, very, VERY fast).

Two months ago I discovered that there is no trolleybus in the game. Thought why not do it and did it.\Месяца 2 назад обнаружил отсутствие в игре троллейбуса. Подумал, а почему бы и нет и сделал.
This plugin includes:
