Well I can't see any "IKEA" building in the Plugin store, so I made one it has a parking design,so you don't have to.

Good to be back, still can't make a night animation because that tutorial on YT has a messy step. If you want Night animation please add me and Message me to teach me how to make a night animation. Thank you for downloading:)

Update:Added some people and cars, Street lights
Decreased - build time from 29 - 14
Increased - Increases Water & Power Consume to -1

Note: This plugin is just a deco, this deco is good for your Bridge walls, this deco makes floods go through under the bridge(only in real life).
