Miners found a large beating object made from a gelatinous substance inside a cave near your city. Archaeologists say that this is the heart of Gelathus, an ancient gelatitan who is worshipped by the gulamen and gulawomen people of the old Gulaman Empire.
According to legend, Gelathus has a wife named Gelathia, also a gelatitan. One day, Gelathia got sick and passed away quickly. While digging her grave, Gelathus made a promise that after his heart stops beating they will meet again in the afterlife. But his heart is still beating to this day.
The heart was transferred to a newly built building because the cave was unstable. Only a few selected researchers were allowed to interact with the heart and experiment in the underground laboratory. The building is filled with strict security and the heart is covered with multiple layers of transparent heavy duty glass.
After a few tests, researchers found a way to convert the heart's energy into electricity. They also found a way to clone the heart so you can build multiple replicas on your city.

Originally designed by Gulaman architects in the year 1230 of the Collagen era, the tower symbolizes the long lasting friendship between the Gulaman empire and the gelatitans. The project was abandoned after a sudden war between the two. The war lasted for 1999 years and it led to the extinction of the gelatitans. The tower was reconstructed today using modern materials like steel and glass instead of wood and stone. The tower was converted into a mall.
