It does what it says on the tin, its a dirt pedestrian path. I took the base pedestrian path and dirt track texture and mushed it together to make dirt path for pedestrian. I couldn't find any so made one for myself and I might as well upload it.
UPDATE: Massive bug has been fixed. It can now be used with normal buildings. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
Known issues:
"Feels a bit too wide" - Its supposed to complement the base path which is quite wide relative to the pedestrians who are like 1 pixel wide.
"Joins with the road" - Turn off join road. It is intended to be used with dirt track for 'realism'.
