Hey, it's me Pen. This is the 3rd part of the NYK super-slender condos pack. The Central Park Tower, or called the Nordstrom Tower, is now the tallest residential building in the world. It is located in the Millionares' Row, and has a Nordstrom department store in the first 8 floors of the building. It's 472m tall, with 96 floors. It has a distinctive feature of a cantilever situated at the 20+ floor which acts as a way to let the residents view the scenery as the main scenery was blocked by another supertall condo, the 220 Central Park South.

The Four Seasons Place is a 343 metre tall skyscraper located in Kuala Lumpur. It is the 4th tallest hotel-specific building in the world. It was distinct for housing the only Robinsons retailer in Malaysia, which later closed in 2020. With 73 storeys, the skyscraper is the second most prominent landmark in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), second to the Petronas Towers.

The plugin was originally created on 3 June 2019. It was released initially on the forums. It was then uploaded to the Plugins store on 7 December later that year. I recently re-cladded the entire plugin (23rd-25th July 2022), after 3 years since I originally created it. I also added night lights to accompany the newer features released subsequently after the plugin's creation. French Shophouses v. 1.0.1

A plugin by PenangLion.

This is my first plugin in nearly a year. A return.
Currently this is an assortment of shophouse designs based in Strasbourg. There are 4 designs for now.

Specifications:
- 2x2 commercial shoplots;
- 165 workers;
- consumes 30 water, and 35 electricity;

The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Building (a very long name) is the headquarters for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. It was built at New York, in 1909. At the height of 213.4 metres and with 50 stories, this building is the tallest building in the world from 1909 to 1913, surpassing the Singer Building. Its main features is a clock face appearing 4 sides on the wall of the building, a prominent landmark in NYK during that period. In fact, it remains one of the tallest clock towers to have ever existed. Currently, it is now a hotel, and also a US Registered National Landmark, preserved for later generations to admire.

The present building is based on the modern state, following a reconstruction of the smaller structure next to the skyscraper in Art-Deco styles during the 1930s.

Another modernistic skyscraper, the Equatorial Plaza in Kuala Lumpur serves as the Equatorial Hotel which is now a 5 star hotel. It's just built in 2018 and it's one of the great architecture spectacles of the year. Enjoy!

This is a new plugin. 111 West 57th Street is the 3rd tallest skyscraper in New York and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. Currently, 111 West 57th Street is located in the Millionares' Row, famous for housing million-dollar penthouses for the billionares.
The skyscraper itself is 436m tall. Have fun downloading!

The Woolworth Builiding is once the tallest skyscraper in the world between 1914 - 1930, and also one of the earliest skyscrapers in New York. It uses the neo-Gothic feature which is rare in current skyscrapers. It was the headquarters for Woolworth Inc. a five-and-dime chain store in USA back in the 1910s.

Small and simple monument.

The Cenotaph, also known as Penang War Memorial, is a cenotaph located at the Esplanade in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The site of the Cenopath is situated at the shoreline of the Esplanade, at Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah (at a section of street also known as The Esplanade) and Jalan Padang Kota Lama (Esplanade Road), by the padang (open field) and the City Hall that it fronts.
The present Cenotaph is a 1948 reconstruction of the original built in 1929. Have fun downloading.
