I have changed the building's id, but the previous version was deleted so i have to relase update as separate plugin, also delete the old version

This is reuploaded version of my 2nd plugin, The plugin contains a Hotel Silesia that was in Katowice.

Long story short:
Building was built in 1971 and it contained: 262 rooms for customers, 3 meeting rooms, restauration or even cafe. Building was demolished in 2019 due to plans to build a brand new building complex.
