A medium-sized police building, inspired by a police station in Japan.

You can get more detailed information about the plug-in on TheoTown forum and also get the plug-in without spending any gems.

This is a compact version of the game's default radio station. Designed especially for small spaces.

This radio station tunes up to 4 channels:
- Radio Sport (Improves the sports of the inhabitants).
- Radio Christian (Improves the religion of the inhabitants).
- Radio Relax (Improves the happiness of the inhabitants).
- Radio School (Improves the education (low) of the inhabitants).

A simple water well. It supply water to the inhabitants or simply as decoration. It does not have a monthly cost; the owner of the water well deals with maintenance.
