This shader is designed to give your city a more defined and vibrant look. By enhancing edges and adjusting saturation levels, buildings and landscapes pop with more clarity and brightness.

The Enhanced Contrast shader also include a subtle waving effect for trees, adding a touch of dynamic movement to your cityscape, making it feel more alive and engaging.

This plugin introduces cloud movement that dynamically adjusts based on your city's view and scale, adding an extra layer of realism and visual appeal to your cities.

Features:
1. Dynamic Cloud Movement:
- Movement: Clouds move from the right side, to the left side of the screen.
- Speed Adjustment: Cloud movement adjusts to match the speed of your city, keep in mind that the movement of the clouds is slow.
- Horizontal (X-axis) movements keep clouds within their range, while vertical (Y-axis) movements adjust cloud positions to a new view.
- Fast movements of the screen cause the clouds disappear and reappear new clouds.

2. Adaptive Cloud Generation:
- Automatic Reappearance: Clouds disappear when out of view and automatically reappear within the visible range of the city.
- Performance: The number of clouds adjusts automatically based on the city size.
* Regardless of plot size, only 8 clouds are visible at time for performance optimization.

3. Visual Variety:
- Appearance: Clouds vary in transparency and size, creating a visually diverse sky.
* Keep in mind that there are only 4 frames, 2 large and 2 small clouds, for performance reasons.
- Shadow Effects: Clouds have shadow effects.
- Day/Night Compatibility: Clouds adjust to the day/night cycle.
- Zoom Consideration: Clouds automatically become invisible when zoomed in too closely to avoid obstructing the view.
- Cloud Scaling: The size of the clouds is adjusted slightly according to the zoom scale.

4. User Settings:
- Enable/Disable Clouds: Toggle the cloud on or off through the Settings menu.

Tested City Sizes:
- Small: 0.10 km²
- Medium: 0.41 km²
- Big: 1.6 km²
- Huge: 6.6 km²
- Colossal: 15 km²
- Giant: 26 km²
- Even Bigger: 105 km²
