Old Joe, formally the Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower, is a clock and bell tower located in the Edgbaston campus of the University of Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. At 100m (or 110m according to some sources) in height, it has been the tallest freestanding clock tower in the world since its completion in 1908.

This plugin contains rotation frames and a night animation. The tower is a 1x1 building in the Landmarks category, costing 25000₮ to build (mirroring the real-life cost of £25000) and 150₮ monthly to maintain. It requires electricity but no water, and provides influences of culture and a little bit of high education.

The Tour Saint-Jacques (Saint James' Tower) stands 52 metres tall in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, France. Built between 1509 and 1523, it was the bell tower of the Church of Saint-Jacques-de-la-Boucherie, until that was demolished in 1797 amidst the French Revolution. However, the tower was retained, and today it serves as a beautiful example of the Flamboyant Gothic style, lying in a small square to which it gives its name.

This plugin contains a recreation of the Tour Saint-Jacques, though it is not perfectly accurate since I wanted to make it symmetrical (too lazy to make rotation frames). The building is a 1x1 landmark with 100 culture influence, costing 15000₮ to build and 100₮ per month to maintain. The build time is 14 days, to mirror the 14 years it took to build. It requires no water but some electricity, since night lighting is included, and doesn't require a road connection. The colour palette and scale is compatible with my Modular neoclassical building plugin, if you wish to integrate it into builds with that.

As per the name, the architecture is neoclassical or classical revivalist, with some Baroque influence as well. It is not entirely copied off of one place, but it is inspired by various structures including St Paul's Cathedral (London), the Panthéon (Paris), the Church of the Madeleine (Paris), and the U.S. Capitol Building (Washington). These structures can all be fairly faithfully recreated with this plugin.

A pack of roads and road decorations based on those I've seen in the UK. Give your roads a distinctive British feel with this plugin. Or don't. It's really flexible, and it fits in with a wide range of builds.

Features and notes:
- 12 types of normal roads, each with a one-way version
- 4 types of 4-lane roads (2 tiles wide)
